isolated location cramped bathroom
The location was not ideal. It felt quite isolated. The surrounding area seemed run-down with lots of graffiti. I found the small bathroom cramped. The shower lacked a proper enclosure so water splashed everywhere.

The staff were responsive, taking care of every detail. the bed was very comfortable. it was easy to park in front of the hotel. This was helpful. the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.

a fine stay in the city
helpful staff balcony usage great coffee christmas village
the reception staff was available and quick to assist. my room had a balcony, which i used often. the coffee downstairs was great. i found the christmas village nearby to be an unexpected bonus.
the room was a little further from the subway station than i thought it would be, making transport slightly less convenient.
